Plan details and pricing will be communicated on the KnotKitchen website, sales materials, invoices, or applicable service agreement.

KnotKitchen reserves the right to modify its plans, features, or pricing for future subscriptions or renewals, subject to applicable law and any existing contractual commitments.

4. Payments

Applicable subscription fees, taxes, setup charges, hardware charges, transaction charges, or other fees must be paid according to the selected plan or applicable agreement.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of applicable services.

5. Software and Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable and continuous service. However, temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues, internet connectivity, third-party services, infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Third-Party Integrations

KnotKitchen may provide integrations with third-party platforms and services.

The availability and functionality of such integrations may depend on the respective third-party provider. KnotKitchen is not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, or failures caused by third-party platforms.

7. Hardware

Where hardware such as POS devices, tablets, printers, or other equipment is provided or sold, additional hardware-specific terms may apply.

Hardware warranties, replacement conditions, installation, delivery, and support may be subject to the applicable product or service agreement.

8. User Content and Business Data

You retain ownership of the business information and content you submit to KnotKitchen.

You grant KnotKitchen the necessary permission to process and use such information solely for providing, maintaining, securing, and improving the services, subject to applicable law.

9. Prohibited Use

You must not:

• Use KnotKitchen for unlawful activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform
• Reverse engineer or interfere with the service
• Introduce malicious code or harmful software
• Abuse or disrupt the platform
• Use the service to violate the rights of others

10. Intellectual Property

The KnotKitchen name, branding, software, interface, designs, logos, content, and technology are owned by or licensed to KnotKitchen and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No ownership rights are transferred to you through use of the service.

11. Suspension or Termination

KnotKitchen may suspend or terminate an account if the user violates these Terms, fails to make required payments, engages in fraudulent or abusive activity, or creates a security or legal risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KnotKitchen will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use or inability to use the service.
